Don't ask for shell accounts

If you ask for shell accounts, free or non-free, you will be kicked. This applies also for commercial activity in the channel, also known as ``spam''. This is not a trading channel, and ``buying, selling and/or advertising'' whichever item will likely result in a kick. When the channel operators are in a funny mood, you might be /dcc offered /bin/bash or something. Don't be surprised if this does not do what you want.
